Typical Lidl, not quite as modern as some of the other stores popping up. There's no self service machines, so occasionally you have to wait 5/10 minutes to get served. That's the only thing that discourages me when I'm in need of a couple of items is the wait time. There's good bakery items and a fresh orange machine in store. No customer toilets or ATM available.
I needed 6 arms at checkout today. Pointless passing food through that fast when the customer can only go at and still a fast pace. Makes the shopping end experience stressful. Amazingly priced products so will go again and I may take 3 friends.
I visited this store yesterday evening with my husband at 8.15pm .I was not very happy when I realised that the car park had no street lighting turned on and the car park was in complete darkness. We parked the car and made our way through the car park in complete darkness to the front of store.At the time the store was having a delivery and a large lorry was unloading at the back of the shop.The lorry driver seemed to forget that it was a car park with customers walking around in darkness with trolleys.I had to run to avoid being in hit by the lorry.nPlease sort out the lighting before someone gets hurt
Extremely rude staff, the lady on the counter didn't replied to hello of my 4 yr old daughter. My daughter wished her 2-3 times, the lady at the counter looked at her and just ignored her. Will never go this place again where you don't feel welcomed... ID 1128 time 12:35:44 date 16/12/23
Extremely slow and incompetent staff - supervisor refused to get the manager to attend over and refused to provide details of area manager when ask why not the reply was 'because I don't want to, she is down there if you want her' Also 'her' was actually a malennWill not visit this location again - sainsburys is very near and they want to provide good service to customers as they understand the need to retain customers
