A shop were you can get loads of quality items for dinners and you actually feel you have dinners. Not like others that when you come out you think how was I that price and nothing much to show for it. I feel the meat selection is much better to.
I visited the Lidl store in Lanark, South Lanarkshire, and I was very impressed by the service and the atmosphere. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. They greeted me with a smile and assisted me with finding the products I needed. The store was clean, well-organised, and had a wide range of it. At the checkout, the staff member at the till advised me to sign up for the Lidl Plus app, which offers exclusive discounts and rewards for Lidl customers. I downloaded the app and registered my details, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and convenient it was. I was genuinely surprised by how well I was treated at this store, because I had heard a different story from my disabled father-in-law, who visited his local Lidl in Govan. He told me that he had a very unpleasant encounter with a member of management, who was rude and disrespectful to him. He felt humiliated and discriminated against, and he vowed never to shop at Lidl again. I think this was a terrible way to treat a loyal and honest customer, and I hope that Lidl will take action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Overall, I would highly recommend the Lidl store in Lanark, South Lanarkshire, to anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices. The staff are friendly and professional, and the store is inviting and comfortable. I will definitely shop there again, and I hope that other Lidl stores will follow their example of excellent customer service.
I do enjoy a Lidl shop. First of all there is excellent parking . It’s part of a retail park. The trolleys need a pound coin. Inside the shelves were full with very little out of stock. As usual their fruit and veg is in much better condition than ALDIs. Overall an excellent shop and well worth a visit.
