Good range of Christmas food. Generally good value and quality. Shop is cramped and difficult to get round easily with trolley. Car park is also difficult to manoeuvre in. Spaces very narrow.
Good accessibility and way better now that they have self check outs to cut down on those horrible queues. They also have the side path open now so you can get between the front and back outside and avoid having to pass through the people bagging their shopping to enter.nnLarge automatic doors at both entrances. The car park has a ramp to get up to the shop level. They have removed the barriers to get into the shopping area which makes it a lot easier to get in.nnAisles are wide enough for a wheelchair and a trolley with a couple of choke points. Most of the shelves aren't very high so a lot of it is reachable from a wheelchair.nnThe tills are also reasonably wide including the self check out area.nnNice smooth floors throughout, including the side path and the pavement near both entrances.
All good.......BUT a problem is building up. The new self checkouts are fine but more and more people are using them for large trolly shops and not just baskets and small trolly amounts that they must have been installed for. Last time I went - one person had two full large shopping trolleys. He blocked up the whole thing and could not fit even half of it on the bagging section. The staff just watched him to it instead of directing him to a manned checkout. They need to make it clear that the section is for smaller amounts of shopping.
Staff on tills were great security guy a little off but guess he has to be. Kept clean and stocked well. Will revisit
Food is excellent valuenBut can be hard to find staff to assist you and the isles are not very well labelled,
