Staff really good accommodated us with a table for a wheelchair even though extremely busy. Ice creams, Sundays and waffles were delicious . Large range of toppings. Only down side for us was not enough room

Nice tasting ice cream. Staff just left me stood there 15mins while they stood talking and filling things up even tho they had seen a customer waiting to be served. When I eventually got served the girl was so miserable it's put me off ever going back.

We purchased icecreams this morning and sat outside in the sunshine only to have a member of staff (large, middle aged lady wuth a dark bob hairstyle stand at the end of the table smoking, not very nice I think you would agree.
The management needs to review staff smoking policies as for one it looks awful standing outside the parlour and 2 customers do not wish to sit and eat with smoke billowing over them 😠
