They had a lovely collection of children's books and a lot of them seemed new like they've been untouched. The staff are super friendly and we had such a lovely time there.
I've been several times to this library staff are very friendly very helpful if they don't have have the book I'm looking for as it's a very small library they always look on their system and find it for me me at 1 to have a libraries on the occasion I wanted a very rare book one of their colleagues actually found in a charity shop and bought for me that's service
Staff could be more helpful
Terrible library staff so unhelpful banned me over using their toilets for my disabilities. Kerry cash works in the housing section down below and where she dumped me in pensnett almost killed me. Local government ombudsman are investigating them right now
Great fantastic that it's reopened and the guide lines to covid is spot on no fuss just in and out brilliant brierley hill library
There is a Real Attitude with the Staff at this Library who in the Main Look like they do not want to be Working there and there is usually a Security Guard who gives You a Menacing Look & some of the Computer Users look Dodgy at Best!.
Love the free to access computers. Can get a bit busy during school holidays. My advice is phone them and reserve a computer .
First floor library. Small but well organised. Some noise from activities.
