Love this little shop. Never had a bad experience. So friendly and experienced. The best bit: when you go in and have no idea what you want, you come out looking all pretty and happy. They just get you even tho they don't know you.
Awful awful awful nails. Paid £50 for French tips with some nail art very simple came out with the opposite of what I wanted, to make it worse, my nails started to fall off not even a week later, and one actually ripped off more than half of my nail. My other nails are severely damaged. Never had this experience at any other nail salon. If you want your nails to actually stay on, go to any other nail shop. To make it worse, the woman doing my nails did not know how to handle customers at all and actually got up and left half way through my acrylics. Returned 20 minutes later with no apology, and actually didn’t speak to me at all throughout the whole experience. Acrylics should take more than an hour to do! That was the first red flag tbf. Worst decision I made was cheating on my nail tech with these people . Save your money and go somewhere else.
I've been coming here for a year now, and I am always really happy with the results, Kim is brilliant and always makes sure my nails are perfect. It is always so friendly and welcoming

First of all non of them speaks proper English! Then u dnt get wat u want they make sure they make wat they want on ur hands!! Got my nails done today but they look ugly. See pic I wanted classic France with tip but this is wat i got They dnt want to listening to you n dnt understand wat u trying to explain.... Going never back to them n not recommending them too!!
