Just taken delivery of a pool table as a present for a family member and just wanted to add my five stars to the mix. Very helpful office staff who contact you back when they say they will. Steve in logistics and transport is a top guy (despite being a spurs fan! ;-)) and the two chaps who delivered it were awesome too. All credit to a very well run company. This will be the first port of call for us if we ever need anything like this again.

Brilliant service and great prices. I wanted a pool table for our new office and needed it delivering and installing on a very specific time & date which they were happy to accommodate. The table itself is high quality. I’ll have no hesitation in using again!

Just taken delivery of our new pool table for the office and it looks fantastic. I had to speak to the office about a few things before delivery and they were great and the two men that installed the table were great as well. I now have one happy sales team that are currently having a race to the top of their leader board for the day to earn time on the pool table.... genius :-) Thank you liberty games

Fantastic customer service, couldn’t have been more helpful, great product and the post customer service from Alan Cook the sales advisor was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely buy from Liberty Games again. Thank you so much.

Ordered a table having checked delivery details. Great with sales and first contacts but then nothing. Call after 7 weeks when the table was meant to be maximum of 8 weeks delivery, to be told it would be arriving from the factory the following week and may be up to 2 weeks for delivery from then. Still no call so called them again the week after and I am told it will be another 2-3 weeks and they are due to collect it from the factory the next week. POOR COMUNICATION and AFTERSALES. They have now refunded the money but that really is not the point.
