Went into the store today Lily and mainly Sarah. Provided an experience like no other. Helping me find every piece of latex I would want to answer all my questions. Felt very welcome to try on anything. Sarah helped me find a whole outfit. Unfortunately I had to rush. As I wanted to try more on and ask more questions. The service was brilliant
The staff were lovely. Went to buy my first ever latex pieces and really appreciated the kind welcoming staff over here. They didn’t have as many colours or sizes as in the website but it was really helpful to help me dive in into the latex world. Would recommend
Went to replace an item I'd lost. Didn't have the same selection but there's still top notch gear there. Lovely staff with a a good sense of humour, genuinely engaged with what they are selling.
Came in last week feeling very lost and left with the perfect fit for my next event! Very grateful for the advice I got from Trinity?, made me feel a lot more confident and helped me try on a couple of pieces I was struggling with. Even as an experienced latex wearer and performer, I would have been lost without them! Will definitely be back.
Friend and I were excited to go in. We saw the sad “kimono” through the window. Having seen them, I felt like I would betray my entire race if I rang the bell. We left.
From the outside the place seems alluring and exciting, but inside it’s more quantity over quality, the lighting is really repressive and it’s far too crowded with latex, to the point everything feels cheap. I had just come from regulation in soho and the difference is worlds apart. The changing room closes an hour before the shop does?! You can’t even try on a hood, seems ridiculous. I will stick with other places.
Popped in to liberation today for some advice on sizing etc and the girls in there could not have been more helpful. Again. Great service and absolutely amazing garments. Thank you.
Even though it's a small shop, there is lots to offer. All the staff are friendly, helpful and non judgemental. I felt safe being my self and expressing my passion for latex. Would highly recommend.
A good selection of clothes and accessories for men and women. Delivery time was surprisingly fast much quicker than advertised However - Women’s Sizes are very small. An item listed as a size L uk 12/14 arrived with a 27” waist. What I found particularly frustrating is that they don’t list the actual dimensions of items on the website, making sizing decisions really quite difficult, especially if you’re in between sizes as I am. Standard t&c is to not offer refund, only exchange. However, when asked about an exchange, staff were unhelpful and refused to recommend a size, despite having my body measurements. Item cost and delivery cost is also fairly high compared with other stores. I would not shop here again.
Great store, very friendly staff thanks James and enough latex to make you swoon several times over!
