Consistently helpful and friendly, great customer service. They have quickly responded to any problems we have had with the property. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately right from the beginning we have had difficulties in communicating with this agency. They have been nothing but unhelpful and frankly rude when we have spoken to them on the phone. Given they are trying to rent out properties you would think they would manage to be pleasant to people wanting to rent from them - that has not been the case! Trying to book an appointment to see one of their houses is close to impossible, and whilst I can understand they may be busy, the way in which they communicate this has been rude and unhelpful. Despite having some nice houses on their books, we will not be pursuing renting a property from them and I would strongly urge anyone else considering them to look elsewhere!

They promised a house to me and my fatmates, and when all the other houses in bath have been rent they told us that they already led the house to someone else, we have been left without anything!
