5 stars for the reception staff! Just wanted to leave a comment to appreciate Jane at the reception who is lovely. She has always dealt with all my queries patiently and professionally. In general, all the reception staff at the Leylands Lane branch who I’ve come across have been amazing :
The online consultation never works.. Rang the leylands clinic 269 times from 8:30am onwards… finally got through to be caller number 20 in the queue and got given an appointment at the Wrose clinic which takes 45mins from my house to get to which isn’t convenient when I have a baby aswel. Surgery has gone from bad to worse
terrible experiance with this practice, i understand the NHS is under a lot of pressure but being told to call back at 8.30am and then be number 56 in the queue and then be told there are no availabe appointments......waste of time!!!
Dr. Karan Sahota was really helpful and engaging during my time at the medical centre. He went through all my problems one by one to examine them and find out the best solution for me. He gave me the best sort of advice, so i really do recommend him to anyone.
1 star is a over statement . Cannot get through at all , tried many times constantly for weeks now . There's no queing system on phone you ring and it will say user busy and cut off. After hours of trying receptionist will say sorry she can't help and to call back tomorrow at 8.30. Same joke every day . Very sad as the appointment is for my 5 year old who's condition is getting worse
