It is said the name of this station is the subject of a gameshow on BBC Radio 4, in which there are no rules. This gameshow made it so famous that even when this tube reopened after 6 years’ closure for its old lifts repairs, the team of this gameshow was invited to perform an opening ceremony, and a memorial plaque commemorating one of the show’s longest-serving panelists was installed at the station later! Now I understand why there are so many blue plaques in London, is it a kind of British humour? Although I still cannot get any clue about this station, I really find a good coffee shop here. Bathroom: One for Unisex Ambience: With retro design, and co-working vibe, it is a good and comfortable place to get you work done or enjoy your quiet study time from the bustling and hustling Camden. In the basement, there are many artworks displaying on the wall, which change monthly, a good source of inspiration. Staff Friendliness: Very welcoming, patient, polite, and happy people Cost: Coffee £2.3-£3.1 Tea £2.3 Juice £2.8 Food £2.8-£9.9 They provide Turmeric and Beetroot Latte! Beside coffee, they provide a good selections of brunch and lunch menus. And the bakery goods are quite impressive. Something Special About The Cafe: 1They change their roasters according to the season; 2Salad, sandwiches and cakes are half price after 3.30pm; 3They provide free water station downstairs.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon although it was very busy I was still able to get a seat downstairs. The place is very cosy but also very nice. They have a good salad, sandwich and cake selection as well as a brunch menu. I opted for the poached eggs and garlic mushrooms. I found the mushrooms to be a bland and the portions a bit small which was a shame as I thought for the area the price was quite high.
Big love to the legend Head Chef Hristo who welcomed us in and created a lovely brekky even though we arrived just after the kitchen closed. Top guy! Lovely eggs and chorizo at a decent price - a hearty recommendation. Thanks Hristo

Configured over three stories with a convivial and informal worn interior, plying the ubiquitous 'lite-bites'+ beverage blueprint; and all to reasonable effect. Unobtrusive service and cosy basement setting for a confidential tête-à-tête or laptop interlude. Passable, presentable and pleasant.
Would of given this place 5* if not for the stomach pains that's followed since this morning. A great tasting eggs benedict, with painful consequences. @Leyas you need to review your hygiene.
Best coffee and brunch in Camden/Mornington crescent. Beware portions are huge!
Nice espresso coffee but NO WIFI!!!!?????? Arghhhhhhhh!!! All set up with laptop andI asked a staff member for the WiFi password and got abrupt answer ‘no internet!’ thank God I only ordered an espresso - time to go somewhere that realise it’s 2017 :
Do not go for Brunch! Although the coffee was v. good, the brunch in terms of taste was nothing special really and the quantity was v. small for 10 pounds plate with no service. It is certainly not good value for money. I understand other reviews on cozy atmosphere but don't expect much.. For example, when we arrived with buggy and looking for a table upstairs or outside, the waitress sitting on table, politely told us "I finish my break in 10 mins or you can grab a chair from inside"!! Instead of offering the table! How polite is that? And when we explained that brunch portions were small she actually said that this was the biggest plate.. Not caring obviously.. Do not believe any photos you see, get there to be disappointed in person.
Cold coffee, alright tasting, had two breakfasts and had items missing from both and when asked for them waitress claimed it was a typo on the menu. One set of toast not toasted and other burnt and soggy. Staff smiley and nice but can’t speak English properly so don’t understand what you’re asking, just needs better management. Alright for the price but don’t expect much. Nice and cosy with good cakes.
