Chaos on stike days and bank holidays with coaches all over the road, fun to watch! 😊

No issues so with time and waiting however there needs to be a ticket machine available inside the station and if there is then it’s hidden and I haven’t found it. There’s an issue with getting tickets in Newhaven Town and you can’t get out the station without a ticket meaning I’m stuck on what to do. Please fix because this is causing me severe anxiety.

5 stars for customer service, I left my phone on the train at lewes when I got off, spoke to a chap in the info office who made some calls and I had the phone back within the hour...he even popped it in to work for me. Truly above and beyond...cheers chaps .
