We went in to exchange a pair of shorts recently, without a receipt, the manager managed to find our transaction on the till, which we appreciated him putting in the time to do, and we left happy with the same shorts. Great experience in the store and we will continue to shop here. Thank you
Greeted as we walked in. Lovely young lady offered to help find a couple of pairs of jeans. A very helpful young man took over and my husband got two pairs of jeans. Thank you so much both of you.
Visited the store on Friday 9 August. Really helpful staff. Helped me find the perfect jeans.
Can’t fault the customer service as everyone was so helpful and friendly, however when asking for help on sizing this was my first pair of Levi’s. I was advised to go smaller as they will stretch an inch or 2 they most certainly do not and I’m now stuck with a pair of jeans that cut into me. Annoyed I was advised wrong to be honest it’s disappointing.
Visited on Sunday with my girlfriend, the young blonde lad we didn't catch his name couldn't have been more helpful. Getting sizes for her to try, suggesting styles and generally just being helpful. It was the best shopping experience we had all day.
Visited today and the young lady who assisted me with my purchase was absolutely brilliant. Didn't get her name but she was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Also well done levis store for doing alterations free of charge.

Always have a good experience here. The staff are very helpful and friendly, helping when you need more sizes and to try different styles. There are plenty of changing rooms out the back to try on as many pairs of jeans as you need. They have a good range of stock too.
I went in November. Being a lazy man I wanted a shop assistant to help me. The guy there could not be bothered so I bought elsewhere. Visited again a few days ago and had a really different experience with a really helpful young lady. Bought jeans and a belt. Just shows experiences depend on who serves you
Christmas shopping one of the girls offered to help and she was amazing. Got our boys a pair of jeans each and would go back there in a heart beat. Lovely to see excellent costomer service.
