I have used Lets Relocate for the last 10 years. They were recommended to me by a friend. I had previously used another local company. I would recommend Lets Relocate to any Landlord wishing to Let their property through a letting company because they offer a marvelous service from vetting potential tenants, arranging Tenancy agreements, providing a liason service between Landlord and Tenant which takes away the hassle of letting a property. As part of the service they carry out home inspections on a quarterly basis to provide peace of mind that your property is being looked after whereby you will receive a property report. Last but not least they are extremely competitive on price. All in all I wouldn't use anybody else. Marie and her team provide an excellent. service and I would recommend this company to anybody. Keep up the excellent service guys!

I recommend to all the landlords and tenants They work for both sides Service with smile and personal It's all the good team work Since I met them since they started about 8years I gave all my properties for full management While I am away I don't have to worry about the properties I don't have to talk to tenants They do it listen to both sides Mohammed Ashraf
