I stayed at 'The Post House' in Swansea for more than a year, under Let-Rite's management. The property was well-maintained, and Phil was responsive and helpful at any point of the day. Convenient location and a seamless rental experience. Highly recommend!

Spent a lovely year in their property. super convenience spot, close to every essentials, especially swansea's gorgeous market! Living safe here as well. Dear Phil, I have not given the name of the tenant due to fear of reprisals, quite frankly I don't trust you. I am not prone to complaining or reviewing First timer and I stand by all I've said below. Once the tenancy is completed I will be more than happy to share details and examples on this review site. As a parent of 4 children who have been through university I have had good exposure to letting agencies and other services in general. Let-Rite are quite honestly the most despicable agency my family has ever had to deal with. They have a total disrespect for their customers The Students. Nothing has been good when dealing with this agency. Their response to the previous review on this site sums up there loathsome attitude towards the students. Use them as a last resort, stand up and don't put up with this treatment.
Philip made the whole process seemless. From viewing, to documentations and moving in. I will definitely recommend Let-Rite letting agencies anytime any day
