Let Us have used my services for quite some time now. With years of experience working with different letting agents and estate agents I can say that Angus and his company are one of the better agents, they simply go that extra mile. It can be difficult going between the property owner and tenants when issues arise. He treats each property as if it was his own, this is one of a few that I would have no hesitation leaving my keys with.
We could not recommend LetUs more highly. Angus is diligent, responsive, and practical dealing with our flats and giving a great service to tenants. Incredibly helpful and proactive with great knowledge of the market, overall a very professional experience.
Angus at Let Us made our first experience of student flats outside of uni halls such a seamless and easy transition. From the beginning we were made aware of everything they would be able to help us with, and Angus went above and beyond when some flatmates had been locked out without phones on a Saturday night. Repairs were simple to report and were always managed quicker than expected, and any questions we had were always dealt with in a kind and professional manner. Thanks to Let Us and their management our experience of a 8 bed flat was slightly less chaotic!
Angus has been an incredibly honest and approachable letting agent. He helped a group of clueless students move into the a flat and gave critical advice and recommendations about our previous landlords actions. He has responded almost instantly to every query or issue we have logged. Furthermore, he is a likeable guy, professional and I couldn’t recommend him enough as a letting agent. Let Us has been a fantastic agency to work with, especially as a first time renter. Angus in particular was always quick to answer any queries we had, had excellent communication and was very adept at handling our maintenance issues and utility bills. I came into contact with Angus at Let Us through a friend who had dealt with him over his flat in the Southside and so he came highly recommended. Of course I had to check out a couple of other letting agents for comparison, but from the start Angus was super knowledgable in the renting market and offered the most competitive service too! He’s always very quick to reply as I had many questions with it being my first let and he made the whole process very easy for me. I’ve now had tenants in my flat since March and everything has been going very smoothly and rent is paid on time every month. Let Us have taken all the hard work of renting out of my hands and I couldn’t be happier with the service so far.
