Leodis were very professional, reliable and friendly throughout the whole process. From first having Patrick round to advise my husband with his mobility issues and only a few days later having our reconditioned curved stairlift expertly fitted by Michael. Nothing was too much trouble for Michael who explained the process throughout to us, in our opinion he is a great asset to Leodis.
Fast and efficient, professional service. Russ the surveyor came out within a couple of days and the reconditioned stairlift was fitted within the week. Everyone was kind, no hard sell and everything left clean and tidy. My mother is delighted with it as it has meant she still has her independence in her own home. We thoroughly recommend this company. They are a delight to deal with.
Very professional , rang back with an hour of leaving a message and came out to survey with in days and a week later stairlift was in place . Guys that fitted it was clean and quick to install , they went through the instructions thoroughly. Would 100% recommend them .
From the intial visit by the salesman to the engineers coming to fit our two stairlists, the service has been first class. The installations were carried out efficiently. The engineers took time to clearly explain and test drive the stairlift with my elderly father. The stairlifts have given my father his independence back, best decision we ever made. Highly recommend Leodis for their professionalism and competitive pricing.
Through my own personal experience regarding my mother in law and purchasing a stair lift from this company, Their swift availability to come out and install a stair lift seems great at the time as most places do have a standard waiting time, My mother in law on numerous occasions has experienced malfunctions with her stairlift and she's been left at the top of the stairs and with their standard 12month warranty and call out you'd exspect someone to come out as soon as possible. This is not the case they will only come out asap if it's an emergency, now someone being stuck mid flow of a stair case or top of a staircase in my opinion is an emergency! This person is stuck and has no other means of getting bk up or downstairs. Their breakdown call out system is not reliable and just a quick note, please read your 12 month warranty cash back agreement carefully. I feel Leodis stair lifts, Leeds lack customer care and call out assistance once you've purchased one of their products I'd look else where
Really quick to come to property assess stairs and price up. The person who came out was very kind and sympathetic to mums needs. The stairlift was fitted within 2 days of initial query. The stairlift itself is very good and easy to use. Mum is confident and comfortable using in her own.

Great local Leeds company. Nigel provided us with all the information we needed without pushing any extras and at a competitive price. A mutual day for installation was agreed and the engineer arrived punctually, worked efficiently and tidily and had the stairlift fitted in a few hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leodis Stairlifts.
