Unfriendly, unsympathetic, untimely, unprofessional. Apparently I was fortunate to have the ‘popular’ dentist?!! Dread to think what the others must have been like. One star seems too much. Epitome of a failing NHS.

I have been with the practice for a couple of years now, but I have today made the decision to move dentists. On more than one occasion I have made a late appointment on a Thursday, only to have them cancelled - why offer a service you are not prepared to provide? The worst thing is trying to get through on the phone, my advice would be don't waster your time as you will be waiting, and waiting, and waiting.... Such a shame the service is so poor, as it could easily be so much better.

i would not recommend to anyone the ladys on reception are rude especially the french lady she is so rude u can never get an appointment either
