Shockingly disappointed with my dealings with lemon tree flowers. I had been asked to make a wedding cake for a friend to include fresh flowers. In the trial for the cake I bought some all seasons roses (beautiful big headed roses) from lemon tree , they weren't the freshest but, I made do with what I had, and the bride to be really liked them. I ordered some more for the big day and was told that they would be arriving at the shop on Thursday evening at 5 as the wedding was on Friday lunchtime. The owner of the shop said that she could drop them to me by 6pm on the Thursday. On Thursday afternoon, I receive a message to say that the truck had been delayed and I wouldn't now be able to get my flowers till between 8.30/9 on Friday morning. At this stage in the day, I couldn't do anything but wait for them to arrive, and I had already paid a considerable amount to have these particular roses.
The flowers eventually turned up at 9.15 and I was handed a very standard bunch of white roses and not what I had ordered, but not in a position to get anything  else, had to accept them.
I am very unhappy about the service provided by lemon tree, and will certainly not be using them again.

Thank you to Sarah for providing beautiful bouquets and buttonholes for my son's wedding in August.  Very reliable and accommodating.

Ordered some rose's for a old friend who was ill. Paid by debit card on the 13th July and following day I was on a 14 hour flight. Unbeknown to me a second request was made by Sara which I had not order or authorised. A week later when I had a look at net banking I discovered the unauthorised payment. I informed Sara of this and she said she will refund this. After numerous phone call this has not been resolved. Even asked for the refund bank slip, which has been in the post now for two weeks. Would cost more to travel down then the £35 stolen. Which is the only way to put it. So be careful if paying by debit/credit card. 
Follow up on the original post. Out of the blue received a cheque in the post day before. So matter has been resolved. Took three months to solve a three day problem.
