We had a very positive customer service experience at Leisure Lakes Bikes in Leeds recently. The showroom team were responsive to our requirements and were able to create a bespoke solution that suited our needs well. Would recommend and use again.
Been twice to this shop one guy sat at his desk glanced up when he heard the door open he never spoke or acknowledged me or asked if I needed any help or advice etc , I'm in the market for a brand new ebike thought well if he cannot be bothered to communicate then I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else. So went to cyclesence in Tadcaster totally opposite chatty helpful etc really made the effort
Leeds shop was really helpful for my last purchase. Paul I think it was helped to keep me informed of the progress on my order and the whole team were very friendly. The technician has done a great job setting the bike up also, Thanks guys
The team went above and beyond building my jump bike and the pacience dealing with a picky a customer. Great service and work lads.
Great Shop & Staff popped in without appointment for some parts fitting even though they were fully booked they managed to fit me in there was also a part missing which they supplied from a part on sale and ordered a new one so I am able to ride this weekend. Finally the dropper lever they supplied was cheaper than anywhere else what more could I ask for. They will be seeing me again.
