We went to the bowling in mid September 2020 which was during Covid and so they restricted the number of people that would be there. So the lane next to us was empty. You had to wait to be let into the bowling to ensure random people who havent booked are not in the area. We booked for 1 hour, it was as expected. You had to wear a mask when you ordered drinks. Worth trying out of the list of activities.
Really nice and relaxed attraction to do in between main activities- or if you have an evening free. Unfortunately the staff member who took us to our lane today was quite blunt and unwelcoming in comparison to all of the other centre parcs staff. I was surprised at the way they spoke to me. On top of this, the actual bowling itself had a few minor issues- but nothing to prevent me from wanting to go again. For example the pins are attached to strings so it’s hard to get a strike, albeit possible, and sometimes the scores stated were just wrong. But overall it was a pleasant game despite a few ups and downs.
Really nice fun, friendly place. Good bar with a great variety of drinks and cocktailsthey will make one's not on the menu We ordered a Moscow mule cocktail hoping to leave them scratching their heads but they made them and they were awesome. Decent amount of bowling lanes, a bit pricey unless your in a group. Also has jukebox. Great fun atmosphere.
Well ran. And good music choices, lanes are very good no problems at all. Good range of balls and kids and adults can have bumpers up or down. Bowling is for all. Lanes are colourful and bright, drinks and snacks available. Good range of bowling shoes. Highly recommended whilst on your stay.
Good game of bowling. I like the fact that you book for 45/an hour and have as many games as you can in that time. We just turned up on our last day and got a lane right away, names and sides where put up for us. Good service.
This is a great little bowling alley that makes use of some really good UV paint and black lights to make the space interesting. The booths and seating area are comfortable and clean. The selection of bowling balls is terrible and leaves you having to pick the least worst ball for your hand size or preferred weight and the lane score card machines have been disabled so everything is automatically controlled and setup by the staff. The prices are ridiculous so I won't be making a return visit until next time we come to Centre Parcs...of it was anywhere else they would have to offer deals!
Over all ok, was rushed into starting having arrived 15 minutes prior to our booking because the previous group were still playing. Was rushed off due to another group starting as we finished. - didn’t even get time to check the score and see who won. Bartenders are very nice. It’s just the system they use doesn’t allow for time for change overs.
Great pastime, lanes are thin and pins are on strings that caused them to mess up a few times. Peak time prices are expensive for one hour. However off peak were OK. Good seating for max of five people per lane however anymore then it's a pain. Auto barriers are great for people who want them and auto closes for people who don't.
Pretty good experience although it was fairly booked up so we had to wait a while, even though there seemed to be free lanes. Not a problem to wait though. Drinks and snacks are available and there's comfy chairs all around.
Great place for an hour's bowling but you have to go fast to complete the bowls within the time!
