Such a real shame. The 1st time a used this salon I was so impressed, however maybe I got lucky. I went back today a consultation and if agreed the exact same I had done last time. The records were unclear, the owner had no clue what I had done last time which ended up with no hair do. Result is a day of annual leave wasted. Oh this was a planned appointment via Facebook, which at no point was I asked to ring the salon. Now they just told me this is an expectation. Lesson learnt not to assume the same high standard of communication other longer established salons have.

Booked appointment for eyelashes, got a text message on the mirning of my appointment asking me to go earlier, rushed from work to get there at earlier agreed time to find the lady who was supposed to be doing them had left, and cancelled the appointment of treatwell. A text message or phone call in advance notifying me of the cancellation would have just been common courtesy! Dreadful customer service

Had my hair coloured, cut and blown by Levi today...lovely salon made to feel very welcome would definately go again..also had my eyebrows tinted and shaped aswell...thanks ladies 🖒
