Easy parking, note 2mtr barrier. Easy access to building. Toilets on left when you go in. Parking by credit/debit card only.
Professionally, lovingly restored building; superbly constructed archive area; fantastic exhibition space. I particularly loved the large scale map wall of our area, carefully pieced together from separate OS maps, and showing the plethora of mineral lines that crisscrossed these parts. Amazing!!
Me and my 3 children loved the archives and will definitely be back when the little on is in a better mood. There was a cute little cafe, we are hoping to use next time x

It was very interesting and learned some History and had a nice walk round .nice experience.
A superb building to visit, especially via an Archives Tour. Great new cafe now open in the Town Hall foyer.

The reception was welcoming and helpful , unfortunately I was not aware that the library building was only due to open between 10am and 2pm . I didn't check before I paid a visit so had a 20 Min. Wait
