A small compact carpark, located behind Leigh Community Centre. It is a pay and display carpark, there seems to be two pay machines, one located in the middle of the carpark and the other on the entrance. The carpark doesn't seem to be regularly maintained as many of the side parking bays were overgrown with shrubs and foliage. It isn't a very pedestrian friendly carpark, as there isn't any designated walkways or access.

Contrary to other online reviews, which suggested an abundance of spaces, this car park was full. We took the last available space which was partially obstructed by the thick ivy growing on an adjacent wall. Payment was by RingGo which made things easier. It was very convenient for the Leigh Broadway.

Plenty of parking spaces available and the pricing is very reasonable.

Really good car park, very fair prices. Believe is it also free at certain points too! Good distance from the seafront and from leigh Broadway.

All cash slots are blocked on these machines although it still says coins accepted. Rejected my credit card. Luckily a kind lady had the app so i paid her for mine. The world's gone mad!
