Really pleased we chose LMS for our move! The guys were polite, friendly and careful with our belongings. They washed their hands regularly to reduce dirty fingerprints on furniture, used plastic mattress bags and padded TV bags, as well as protective blankets in the lorry. Everything was delivered safely at the other end and the guys went above and beyond by helping to install the washing machine and dishwasher. The amount of hours these guys put in almost 12 hours to complete the move!, alongside maintaining a great sense of humour on a day that could have been far more stressful, was seriously impressive. Thank you also to Carly who was so friendly and patient in answering all my questions over the phone prior to the move.
I just love these guys!!! I am so glad they could fit us in with a weeks notice. The vendor of our new house was threatening to pull the plug if not done in 1 week. You made a desperate couple very happy. The 3 guys had a great sense of humor and appreciated my packing and labelling system Everything moved in with no issues, plenty of advice on leaving the fridges to stand and any knocks accounted for….they were actually already there and made by us!! Sorry should have mentioned that They sweated their butts off and did an amazing job. I will be recommending to anyone who asks.
Ian, Luke and Shaun dealt with our office move today. They were quick, careful with our items and made sure all the furniture was where we wanted it before leaving, they even took extra time making sure the pool table was level which we appreciate. Really nice guys, would highly recommend. Thanks!
In April, LMS kindly helped us at Rainbows Hospice to transport some items. The team were super friendly and efficient and generously offered to help us out again. Big thanks to Lee, Carly and the team.
Sooo good. Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Lee was great when he came to quote. His no nonsense and confident approach was reassuring. There is no getting away from the fact that moving is stressful but, from the moment Ian and Scott arrived, I felt in safe hands. They were efficient, professional, polite, funny and just brilliant!! Thank you LMS - absolutely worth every penny
Ian and Luke were so great for our move yesterday, such nice guys! They quickly packed our boxes into the vans and took down our Wendy house and all our beds in minutes and reassembled them just as quick and in the heaviest rain too! Nothing was too much for them. 100% would use again!
First of all, I would like to THANK YOU, LMS, for taking on my job, and for sending me absolutely wonderful team - Mark, Pete, Scott and Gordon/Jamie - for my moving homes across the country. The professionalism, helpfulness, patience and understanding, and altogether excellent customer service of the team on the moving dates has been exemplary. From my first contact with LMS, to the f2f home survey with the owner, Lee, the swift quote and clear communication throughout the process, to the punctuality and work rate of the teams on the actual moving dates, the dismantling and reassembling of one’s furniture as well as care for one’s goods - I cannot sing the praise highly enough. Their banter and humour were added bonuses - yet it’s their outstanding customer service orientation which stands out. In summary, I can wholeheartedly recommend LMS and their outstanding team including Carly in the office/admin for removals including full packing services.
Scott and Sam were brilliant, cleared my house and packed it up safely and securely within 45 minutes. Think I hired the Avengers by mistake instead of some movers! Would recommend LMS for affordable and efficient moving and storage.
We had a fabulous move thanks to the team. The guys arrived bang on time & worked really hard whilst taking care of our things. They where all really personable & we hope to get the same team when we complete on our purchase & come out of storage. Thankyou
Absolutely brilliant movers. Couldn't fault them on their service and even got an impossible sofa into a room we'd didn't think it would go in! Moving is an anxious and stressful time and the team did everything they could to make sure it went well.
