Good selection of Lego to suit all ages and abilities. Love the little play areas too in the designated sections of the store for both toddlers and slightly older children to play and experiment with the Lego on offer. Only downside is expensive compared to some other stores within Bluewater that sell the same Lego and not all staff friendly and efficient.
Love all Lego shops, as a huge fan it could always be bigger, but staff are always lovely &friendly, free builds are great...but to be honest, free lego is always great
Great shop with fantastic selection. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Fascinating logo I saw designs I didn't even know what possible to be created from Lego like the amazing spaceship. The best part is the friendly staff who take their time to speak with the children while building lego with them. The neatest part for the kids? There is a play area where you can build lego! It's a wonder how kids are able to leave the store at all.
Popped in today and had a look around, the store is nicely laid out has a huge variety of stuff in it, friendly helpful staff who are on hand to answer any questions and help you find something that takes your fancy, I had phoned ahead to reserve a Titanic the staff helped me collect my order, made it very simple such a great store will definitely be back worth the commute!

Loved it! Interactive building station and games, no pressure to buy, knowledgeable staff who were able to recommend a range of products within specific budgets. Staff extremely warm, friendly and engaging.
Visited store today as I needed characters bride/ groom for wedding cake topper, unfortunately not available, however the sale assistant went way beyond and made me a groom, and gave advice regarding the bride as he did not have the part to complete.Service was exceptional. unfortunately I didn’t note name of sales assistant. Whilst waiting other staff were friendly, engaging and helpful .after purchasing whilst leaving the store another member of staff went out of his way to ensure I had a bag for the tiny purchase so I didn’t lose it . Well done Lego at Bluewater you are an amazing team
It is a toy store with a lot of creativity. It has thousands of games for children. It is a magical world indeed. The workers are very friendly!!!!
