A lovely park that is well maintained and not too big which makes it much easier to keep an eye on your children especially if you have more than one to look after.
Nice and quiet park next to Model School, require wee cleaning though.
We go to Legg Park to use the play park area for the kids, it is a great little spit, always clean and the equipment always well maintained. Kids love it.
The play area such as swings and slides are really uncomfortable for kids to play on. Before there was a mass gutting of bushes and heavy trimming of trees, it was a great place for a child's imagination. I know the park is getting updated, but this seems heavy handed. Very bare even if it is February.

Nice park for young children. Good range of equipment too. Very clean.
It has a very secretive feel to it, as enclosed in and surrounded by trees. The park itself isn't the biggest but does offer play park for the children. Unfortunately this isn't the biggest either and if busy there is a struggle for space to play. The upkeep of the park is at an ok standard but not the most well looked after.
1st time I'd been there in 50 years. Disappointed to see the Tennis Courts gone. However, all the young children seemed to be enjoying themselves!
The kids enjoy it, but personally it could do with being updated, as there are some holes in the foam flooring beside the slides, and it's a tripping hazard. Also the children found some dog poo on the grass where they play, it needs cleaned up and tripping hazards fixed.
A nice wee park with a play park for children and shaded grass areas as well. The local Vinard Church has held an Easter egg hunt there every Easter Monday for a number of years.
