LEGENDS BAR 5 STAR. Having held my sons 18th birthday at this venue I can honestly say we picked the right place.You make the party and memories your own.Martin and Theresa are warm and welcoming ,I highly recommend. We had DJ,photobooth,buffet with a decent size dance floor. The bar was open and everyone enjoyed the surprise 18th.Thankyou Martin and Theresa,Bar staff and Bouncer.
Absolutely brilliant place to hold any sort of celebration. A really large room with plenty of dance floor. You get 10 free drinks and your deposit back if over 50 adults attend. The owners will buy in any alcoholic drink you request, nothing is to much trouble for them. X
The entrance is up a long set of concrete stairs. The room itself is of reasonable size. The bar staff worked hard but despite being told to keep the bar very well stocked this failed to happen and during the night the was always the worry that the bar would run out of certain drinks. Had a great night but that was due to the company and the great acts. If possible I would look elsewhere if I were you..
As designated driver, I chose to drink lemonade and what they serve here was like water with a twist of lemon as it came from a bottle unbranded in the fridge, then the charged me £2 for the privilege. The staff were chatting behind the bar and getting served was an inconvenience to them. Also worth noting that the room is unsuitable for children with holes in the wall, chairs stacked high unstable, stairs in the room to a platform at least 5 feet high. There’s a life but try and find how to access it or get help is impossible. Best suggestion is don’t book this venue.
We had my daughters 18th at Legends Bar, Hindley Green in Feb 2020, and we all had an absolutely fabulous fun night. Its a down to earth club, and just perfect for an 18th or 21st and our local community needs places like this. The resident DJ’s Josh & Jake aka ScrivFests were really great, had a fab set up, and had then50 or so 18 years olds and most of the middle aged wannabe clubbers bouncin on the dance floor. Great mixture of dance, club and party songs that honestly made our night soo much fun and soo memorable. Thanks to Jody and Rachel on the bar. A special mention to the doorman Paul who on the night was a great help with lots of stuff and a really nice bloke. Lastly thanks to Teresa who helped out with the pre party stuff, meaning it was a great success . Thank you.
Absolute s@#%^$le. The place is filthy. Previous functions' litter on the tables and floor! Toilets are a health hazard. Dried up excrement on the toilet brush. No toilet paper. Function room absolutely freezing cold. German supermarket cola and lemonade on sale behind the bar. Draught beer stale and flat. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Those that have give this place five stars must have caught them on a good day!
Great venue for all occasions, would definitely recommend. Staff are kind and helpful! Even cleaned up-took the banners down after the night for us, great gesture! 5 stars!
We held our kids football teams Xmas party at Legends. Was fantastic! Staff before the party more than accommodating and helpful and bar staff great on the night! Thanks all!
held my daughter's 18th birthday here last night 26th Oct 2019 fantastic venue and a great time had by all, would recommend this venue to anyone, thanks to everyone at legends bar, any future parties..... I'll definitely be calling these people first .. thanks again
