Horrible service, coach to Manchester 171 is always late never came on time, and if by mistake the coach comes on time then the driver will go on break for 1h. Not driver’s fault, the management is the problem. Why don’t you plan your services accordingly , you know that in the afternoon there is always mad traffic, so take that in consideration when putting journey time.
Coach Station, not a bad place with seating, toilets and hot drinks machine! Someone Begger who sits in a wheelchair outside bus station throw a metal object towards me! He's a nasty person!
Zander is the rudest guy ever !! He clearly hates his job. He was very confrontational with me shoutinf when I was just standing there not knowing what was going on.nnAnother incident. Driver was arguing with a customer as her ticket was invalid. For a whole half hour. Now going to be late to get the bus home. Screw you driver.
On 08/12/2025 at 19:00, the person who was at the information section national express and also working as security was very rude and not helpful at all, all information screens were broken, the phone charging unit was broken, the automatic entrance doors were broken. I have never seen such a bad place before. You do not even deserve that 1 star.
A quiet place but busy. Food, resting and parking all you will get here.
