Story

The company was originally incorporated by Nick Maugham who later joined forces John Saville (former Head of Land and New Homes at Spicerhaart) and Lee Atkins (qualified Architect and former Land and Planning Director at Spicerhaart).

Whilst we have historically focused, in the main, on the residential property market, we have recently turned our attention to mixed used schemes or even purely commercial ones. We have a proven track record of creating desirable and exclusive residences in a wide variety of locations, completing each and every project to a high specification. Our in-house team covers all areas of acquisition, finance, architecture, planning, project management, design and marketing. This single team provides us with a competitive edge at all stages within the acquisition and development process and enables us to move quickly and efficiently.
