Only opportunity to get to the shop was after work, only to find they had closed at least 10 minutes early. The next nearest shop I can think of is in Livingston. Annoyed doesn't cover it
I know we are in the midst of a global pandemic but I wasn't at all happy at being told I HAD to use hand sanitiser to enter the store. I had my hands in my pockets and had no intention of touching anything. I hate shopping anyway pandemic or not and only ever go into a shop when intending to purchase something. I was looking for a car air freshener but decided not to go into the store. Apart from anything I think it is wrong for people to insist that customers use hand sanitiser. My hands are cracked and sore from constant washing, I really don't want to have to aggravate cracks with alcohol thank you very much!
Service poor. Stood at till for several minutes whilst 2 members of staff had a conversation whilst one young female was running around. Not in a hurry to return.
