The pitch is great but there always seems to be some problem while bookingnEither the staff don’t pick up despite google saying it is open or our booking didn’t register the previous day and we have to book upon going there.
With all due respect, I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding the behaviour I experienced today at Leasowes Sports Centre.nnEarlier today, one of the staff members acted in a very disrespectful and threatening manner. When our ball accidentally rolled onto another court, instead of responding with understanding or basic courtesy, the staff member threatened to remove us from the court.nnEmpathy should not be a word reserved only for job interviews; it should be a fundamental value in customer service. Unfortunately, the attitude shown by your staff member was arrogant, rude, and completely lacking in empathy. It is truly upsetting to witness such behaviour in a place where people come to promote health, respect, and community spirit.nnIf this is the level of professionalism that Leasowes Sports Centre represents, I strongly believe that staff training and behaviour standards should be urgently reviewed. Paying customers who come to exercise deserve respect, not humiliation.
Good football pitch playing surface, goals need replacing, and taller fences.
Play badminton here each week. Large hall 6 courts. Reasonable facility, has toilets, free car park on site. Been playing here for around 8 years. Recommended.
