Fantastic course that I would highly recommend. I had no previous plastering experience and was amazed at the level of competence I achieved by the end of the fourth day. As a school teacher myself, I was impressed with the structure of the course that was carefully designed to allow progression and kept all of us fully engaged throughout. David is an excellent teacher with a wealth of experience. If you are at all interested in this kind of course, whether you want to get into the plastering business or have DIY aspirations, you will undoubtedly find this useful. Five stars!
The name says it all and you definitely will! They were 5 of us on the four day course from tradesmen to mortgage brokers and not one of us had ever even picked up a trowel before Dave taught us how to plaster. Dave who runs the course is a top bloke with a calm and positive teaching style and doesn't over complicate things. Highly recommended
Amazing course. I went from an absolute beginner to being able to plaster confidently. Was told by plasterers that a 4 day course won’t teach me anything so I was abit skeptical, however by the end of the course I was amazed at my progress. Can’t thank Dave enough for the support. Would highly recommend.
The Course exceeded all my expectations - By the end of day 4, all eight of us on the course were able to plaster to a very high standard, and quickly! Dave was excellent and the structure of the course is fantastic. I was gutted when the course was over because I had such a great time. I would recommend the course to anyone, and in fact have already recommended it to all my friends. Thanks Dave!
As someone with no DIY experience I chose the four day course. This course exceeded all my expectations, and with the help of our teacher Dave and his expertise, I exceeded mine. I never imagined I would leave with the confidence to plaster walls and ceilings but I have because Dave is an excellent teacher. Highly recommend Learn To Plaster, as it is precisely what you be able to do when you complete the course.
Great course and environment to learn in. It's great that you are 100% hands on, all practical learning, so you learn everything ready for stepping out of 'the classroom'. Dave is very knowledgeable and only wants to see you succeed, and always happy to answer questions. I would highly recommended this course to anyone with an interest in learning a trade or DIY. Thanks for all your help and advice Dave, I made plenty of notes and look forward to sending you photos of my work in the future! All the best.
I wouldn’t expect too much for a 4 days course but I was wrong!! David taught us from level 1 to level 5, explained everything in detail.We got enough time learning and practicing , building up confidence. I never feel so satisfied and confident in plastering ^^
Had a brilliant four days learning how to plaster. David is an awesome tutor, throwing us all in at the deep end with thorough instruction, have learned a great deal, an met some brilliant people as well, totally recommend this course to anyone, young, old, male or female, anyone can do this course.
