My two daughters are very happy at Leapfrog and have come on a lot since being there. The staff are enthusiastic, energetic and welcoming, especially in the Baby and Pre-School room. My eldest has been going for three years and there have only been good improvements made over that time! The management team always have time to listen and have taken previous feedback on board. I would recommend to anyone
Leapfrog is a nursery school which I would recommend to parents looking for one...Children are taken care of well ,the food is good and it's also affordable
Poor management. Unclear procedures on child pick up and incompetent staff. Had a very unfortunate experience with one of the staff members who refused to hand over my grandson even though his mother my daughter had informed them I’d be picking him up earlier and was on FaceTime confirming I was allowed to collect him. I was also on their pickup list. They then tried to accuse my daughter of potentially not recognising me as she could have been drunk. Really silly staff. Also very expensive compared to other local nurseries
My 18 month old daughter loves coming to this nursery. When I collect her after a whole day she doesn’t want to leave! The staff are amazing and the nursery is bright, colourful and so many activities for all the babies and children. LOVE the parent app too! Getting updates and photos of my baby while I’m at work is so lovely Thank you Leapfrog for restoring my faith in nurseries!
I love this nursery. Fantastic extension of home for my child; they are flexible, approachable, resourceful, clean and amazing in all they provide - I can tick all boxes! Aisha, Amina, Amreen and the other staff, they trully care about my son and I always feel very safe to leave him there. It's been nearly 2 months since we joined and my 2-year old has transformed from a 'crying baby' into a an 'independent todler' with great manners! I've seen many many many places, when I had to select nurseries for my two older children, but it was always a 'not much of a choice' choice... LEAPFROGs are EXPERTS in what they do! I would recommend Leapfrog nursery to anyone, in fact, if I could go back in time, I would bring my 2 older children here Thank you so much!
Fantastic well run nursery with amazing and kind hearted staff. My daughter has literally transformed into an even more bubbly toddler thanks to Leapfrog Day Nursery. They really know what they are doing in this establishment!!!!
You left hundreds of flyers on our road in west Croydon. Littering is a crime. I'll not have my children learn from your bad example!! Edit: Thank you for your swift response and action! Clearly a well run establishment that does care about its community =
My son get ill for more than a month just because of a dirty nursery and it’s to much kids there it’s not healthy!!!
Waste of money and time. Wouldn’t take my son back there if it was offered for free. Management are cold and ruthless.
