Excellent service. Prompt and reliable. Called within 3 hours of leaving a message and problem fixed within 2 days. Couldn't have asked for better. Very nice man with good customer relations.

Appalling service, lack of professionalism as much present in the fact he missed the appointment (for which i had waited a week), did not warn me until i contacted him the next day, justified by "sorry no unable to [attend appointment] due to parking restrictions", and his lack of reasonable alternatives. The issue is that he misread my text stating that "you can park at the driveway if it is empty", interpreting this as "a parking space was said to be available for me". He then proposed a new appointment 10 days (!!!) later when my issue was high priority. Refused to find a decent alternative or, at the very least, show any sign of remorse. I have also complained on Checkatrade. Trust me, there are far better and more reliable local options around!

Called back within 2 hours, problem sorted next day. Nice & professional. Would recommend.
