Myself and my partner have been looking to rent for a couple of months and had very little help from the local, smaller agents. Renting through Leaders Redhill has been a breath of fresh air and truly great experience. They've helped us with every question we had (and we had loads) and have made the stress of moving stress free ! We simply can't wait to move into our new home next week. Rebecca, Louise, Jean and the whole team have been simply wonderful. Highly recommended and really great professional people.

Very good communication and answered any questions that I had. Followed up promptly with issues related to buyer's queries. As I had let the property through Leaders for many years, the Sales Dept were able to liaise with Lettings to progress some repairs required and to answer some questions for the transfer process. Overall, I would recommend this company to others thinking of selling their property in Redhill

OMG you as well Glasgow, me too, they took ages to get my money back and wouldn't tell me what Tenancy Deposit Scheme they were using - absolutely horrible horrible - go to Goodhand and Forsyth Solicitors they will help and know Leaders to be really really underhand when it comes to deposits

I rented a 1 bed flat for a year with leaders, it was a straight forward experience, and service was great. I returned the flat spotless at the end of tenancy and deposit was returned promptly as it should be. Highly recommended.

I have been renting with Leaders since it was Lanes Lettings, for thirteen years and over two properties and I would highly recommend them. They are very professional and seem to value both the landlord and the tenant equally. They always get back to me quickly and matters are resolved as soon as possible ... no chasing involved. They conduct thorough checks at the outset, which you would expect, and show care and concern if problems arise. A very professional organisation. Thank you! Always get back to me promptly Always feel my complaint is valid and reasonable Work hard to secure the best agreement between landlord and agent, keeping both our interests in mind. Efficient with checks and documentation. Always respectful - I feel valued as a tenant Good out of hours support - extremely reassuring when I've had the occasional weekend panic. Value security (keys etc)
