Great acoustics! So well done architect friend. The music may be loud at time’s playing rock/indie. Very spacious and lovely staff. Exciting and very well thought menu, that being said you shouldn’t expect a lot. Its like in between a gourmand Michelin & cote. Absolutely lovely names & diverse menu though. The pistachio soufflé was almond flavoured So beware.
Chef's kiss my food was! Looooved every bite from starter to main to dessert! Yummy food! Nice flavours! A cute found and I need to return to explore the menu and try some more dishes! The service is 5*- very prompt, polite and another big thank you to the lady at the reception who squeezed me in last minute! Much appreciated!Food: 5/5
Randomly picked this place because it was close to my hotel. Absolutely lovely experience. The ambience is elegant and cozy for dinner. It’s not too loud, so you can actually have a good conversation. The mussels were perfect, and definitely try the sticky toffee pudding. The waitstaff all said the pistachio soufflé is delicious so I hope to come back for that sometime. All do the staff were so friendly. Will visit again when I’m in London next!
I def recommend, for dates, family, everyone! As French, I found the food very good. Nothing to say about the service, it was crowded but the managed very well.Food: 5/5
Scored a course meal at this restaurant as a birthday gift. Just one of the finest fine dining experiences I've had. For entree, chicken liver parfait, pork belly for main, toffee pudding for dessert, with a glass of house red wine. Each of the dishes was top notch and I can't decide which I liked the best. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful wait staff.
Was greeted and seated perfectly, I had the steak that was very good for its price and sides were included. Service was prompt and frequent. The Pistachio Soufflé looked impressive - it was lighter and more sugary than I expected - tho on this occasion I didn’t mind it as didn’t want anything too heavy, but - for a soufflé , a little too light. Overall great experience! Interior was very modern.
it’s bigger than it looks on the inside. You enter at the corner door, and there is one step up into the brasserie from the bar. The layout is open and spacious meaning that it can get quite noisy in there when the restaurant is full, making conversations at your table more intimate! There is a upstairs seating area covered with curtains for privacy. Service was quick and on point and food is reliably delicious.
Monday lunch with work colleagues and we turned up to the restaurant which wasn’t busy. Got seated at once and we ordered starters and mains. I had the cheese soufflé with cheese sauce and a halloumi burger with sweet potato chips and a side salad. The soufflé is great and rich and I can definitely recommend but halloumi isn’t a great burger option and ends up feeling too salty and not much else. The side salad and sweet potato chips were excellent. Meat eaters were spoiled for choice and everyone felt their meals were excellent. This filled us up so nobody wanted desserts. A friend ordered a pea salad which looked great so added a picture of that too.
Service really good and staff very attentive. Good balance of menu and prices. Not too expensive but certainly high quality. Really impressed
Terrible service for a Christmas meal. We were squished around a table pre booked like sardines unable to move our arms to even cut our meals. Took a long time to get table service for drinks and only one person at the bar for a fully packed restaurant. They really should not try to over book people on tables. The food did not seem seasoned and was quite bland. Overall I wouldn't recommend this restaurant on a bad day.
