Sadly I cannot review the install as we never got to this point, but I can review the experience I had with customer service and an unexpected hidden fee. We had an install booked for a Monday afternoon, I got called in to work due to staff shortages so phoned them an hour before I expected them to turn up as this was the first time I could call in between shifts, other than Sunday... Customer service explained that the engineer was on my street and I apologised and said I cannot make it home until 1.30pm for 20 mins to open up etc. She said she would speak to the manager and email me...not sure why it couldn't be resolved on the phone but hey ho. What followed was an email explaining that if I didn't pay the £65+VAT for an 'abortive visit' then we will not rebook a new date. I questioned this and was accused of forgetting the appointment. This was the first time of being made aware of an abortive visit charge, the quote didn't say anything about this. I mean every one was friendly enough baring the heated email from CS and they seemed very efficent with comminication and competative. But if I were in their shoes I would have just rearranged the booking to ensure I kept the business rather arguing over £65. Anyway, just my honest opinion and something I thought I better make others aware of.Service:&nbsp;Electric car charger installation
