I’ve had my hair cut twice at Lazarou and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The first time I went, I had a photograph with me, and the stylist (Sam) took one look at it and then cut my hair exactly the same. At the salons where I used to live, when I’ve taken a photo in, the stylist has looked at it throughout the cutting, and the final result has always been a little bit different -- but Sam did my hair identical to the photograph. The second time I went, I wanted it a little shorter, because I found the previous style a bit high-maintenance for my lifestyle. I didn’t even have a photo with me, I just described what I had in mind and Sam did it perfectly. The end result was exactly what I wanted.
The other thing that makes Lazarou so great is that the stylists are so easy to talk to. They’re better conversationalists than anywhere else I’ve ever been. I’m quite a shy person, so usually don’t like going to the hairdresser because of that, but here they have a way of putting you completely at your ease. They’re funny, intelligent, interesting, and just so friendly.
Just like everything in Wales, this salon is better than any salon I ever went to when I lived in England. Absolutely five stars!!

I have been here twice now to have my hair cut and I'm definitely a confirm regular now. I came in with an idea of what I wanted but not sure how to describe it so the stylist, Sophie, went through a book with me and really helped me to get across what I was after. It was the best hair cut I have ever had! (My wife said so) Sophie was really lovely and we chatted continuously and she checked with Barry at the end to make sure all was ok and that I was satisfied, which I was. I have also brought my 4 year old son for a hair cut, which Sophie also did, and she was great and very patient with him. The customer service is also good in offering you drinks and taking your coat on arrival. Also, the first time I just turned up without a booking and they fit me in after a 10 minute wait.

Really good service here every time I go. Nice treat to have every couple of months. Really friendly staff and Danielle always does a great job!

Haven’t stopped recieving compliments on my hair! This is my second visit, and both times I have had excellent experiences. I am very pleased with my newly transformed highlighted hair thanks to Danielle. Lovely atmosphere x

Always a great welcome, superb friendly staff and the cut is excellent, even if I am a bit fussy.  Its just had a refurb which looks great too and the coffee tops it off.  Definitely recommend!!
