First things first, the salon has got this lovely shabby chic look that is just to die for! I had my nails done (Shellac) just before my daughter's wedding. The nail technician, unfortunately I can't remember her name, helped me choose a very delicate shade of pink that looked just beautiful and went well with my dress. The staff is lovely from the beginning until it's time for you to leave, I felt pretty pampered even though I stayed at the salon for only just about an hour! I live in the area and I will be definitely going back to have my hair done too. Highly recommended!

The new manager is really lovely but unfortunately the new staff that do nails have been really disappointing. It looked like I had done the nails myself (and I am pretty terrible at doing them) as the lady who did them really rushed them on two occasions. The vanish was not neat and not worth £30. My sister who also visited recently and had another lady do her nails said that she didn’t soften her nails at all and started tearing at her cuticles... my sister was too nice to say anything because it seemed it was the lady’s first day but two days later she has sores around her nails and the nail vanish does not look neat or professional. It’s a real shame because the previous staff were top quality! Won’t be going back as it’s not worth £30!!

I have used Lavender Hair and Beauty for both, haircut and nails. Each time I visit Lavender I feel very special. The quality of service and hospitality is somply fantastic.

I highly recommend this salon. It has a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Very good , professional and friendly staff. Always with a smiling face. I am a loyal customers. Kasia has been my beautician for the last few months . I am attending for various treatments from facial, body wax, AHA treatment to eyebrow dye, nails.To receive body massage in there is a huge bonus! Kasia is very friendly and helpful in my doubts in case I am not sure what my skin needs at certain moment. Kasia is such a great professional who is paying attention to each individual detail in care of my skin and body. Huge thank you Kasia and her team ! Highly recommend Kasia to anyone who needs great treatment and support at very affordable price.

Disappointed with their customer service. I live in the area & used them for 3 years regularly enough. Apparently have a loyalty scheme but never mentioned pts get cut if appt cancelled in
