Good experiences

I feel obliged to write a few positive words in support of the surgery, having Googled it for the telephone number and noticed a couple of quite angry reviews.

I have today and most other times, been given an appointment within 3 days of requesting one.

I have always found the doctors, nurses and receptionists polite, helpful and attentive which I think some patients may take for granted.

Having experienced other surgeries recently with my late mother, I can assure you that ours is head and shoulders above many others in every respect.

Horrible service. Everytime I go there I never get any help nor perscription. I came there with a cough (1,5 months), eye infection (couldn't open eyes as they were glued every morning), painful sinusitis, earache and completely clogged ear due to the infection, temperature, spit with blood every morning and I heard I'm fine and just take ibuprofen and wait. All above symptoms in my opinion are complications after neglected flu. during 1.5 months I was very ill 3 times but doctor thinks it is fine. I will definitely change the surgery soon.

Had very good and some bad experiences. Overall friendly and supportive staff who care about the patient, although I am not always sure on the (one standard) knowledge level and / or funds available for the best possible treatment. I trust the place with my health.

Being refused to see a doctor as it’s not an emergency this is what the doctor said. Yet being advised by the hospital to see the Gp ASAP if the pain is getting worse. 4 months of pain and an X-ray later and still being refused. Awful doctors and patronising receptionist
