Always welcome at this store. Staff friendly and alway see if items are in stock and price check items. They always see if they have packed items in store room. They have always gone out of there way to be helpful. Great offers too. These people who give bad reviews but don't really put why. . Ive never felt uncomfortable shopping there. I have just got some lovely bedding and presents. Always good value products.
I just spent over 30 minutes in store waiting for assistance to order and purchase some made-to-measure blinds. ONE staff member acknowledged me to say she would be a while and to find someone else. No further assistance was offered. The other FOUR continued to walk past me and ignore my requests for assistance. Unacceptable Laura Ashley... unacceptable.
