It's a good laugh for adults and kids of all ages, but especially the younger ones. It takes you to the New Mills farm park, which is a brilliant day out too - especially in good weather. Your ticket is valid all day for as many train journeys as you wany - but does not include New Mills. We go whenever there is an offer on - otherwise it is simply too explensive to visit too often. I do really think there should be discounts for the locals and/or seasonal passes for those who would like to visit regularly. It would also make sense to offer entry to New Mills as part of the experience, at least as an option. But for now we just follow local parents' groups and local papers for when there is an offer on LSR.

Visited this attraction whilst on our holidays. We had a lovely time riding on the train & we took advantage of an offer for money off our cream tea's for buying train tickets. Great cream tea 2 good sized scones with plenty of cream & jam to go on them. Our youngest daughter didn't want a cream tea, so had a slice of cake. That was a huge slice. Very good value for money for train tickets & the café. Would recommend both.
