USELESS!!! USELESS!!!! USELESS!!! USELESS!!!! USELESS!!! USELESS!!! Incompetent is not even a good enough word for these solicitors. They are absolutely useless and should be struck off permanently. DO NOT even think of instructing them on any level for any type of business, as you turn bald from shear stress by the end of the transaction. I am an estate agent and have dealt with hundreds of solicitors but these one are by far the most idiotic I have EVER come across. Don’t take my word for it. Read all other negative reviews on Google reviews before making a sound decision. I guess I should have taken advice from the reviews and NEVER instructed them in the first place. We decided to buy my wife’s grandmothers property, a transaction which should have taken no longer than 2 months at the most to complete as we were going to use the equity in the property to purchase another property. After months of calling these estate agents and doing their work for them, months of one person or the other always on holiday or even the most popular answer, “we didn’t receive the information”, while they did, our experience with these idiots become laborious. We had initially indicated that we wanted the transaction to complete within the agreed specified time of 2 months and yet 5 months later it still wasn’t complete. Despite the fact we were dealing with an apparent senior partner who should be more than knowledgeable in his profession, we had replies like, “I’m glad you called me as it saves me the time from calling you”. Or even “We have other more prioritised work than yours”. How professional!!!!. The stuttering idiot just surprised us of how he could have managed to become a senior partner when he clearly didn’t know what he was doing. Why take on a job if you cannot have the decency to do your job or even enough staff to do the job??? Despite the fact my wife’s grandmother calling these buffoons regularly to give any required information that was asked, they still didn’t send the relevant information to our solicitors, therefore causing even more delays. The poor old woman had never been so stressed in her entire life. We were just another number to these fools. They had just dumped the work with the other piles and would just look at it when they felt like it. They delayed the transaction even more by not passing the relevant questions asked by our mortgage lenders solicitors’ to my wife’s grandparents. After a heated argument with the head of conveyancing, the job was transferred to her to deal with, but guess what??? She is never at the office and is always off sick. How many possible days could you have off at the office??? The incompetent idiot kept calling my wife instead of my wife’s grandparents. You would have thought after 4 months, they would have the correct number for their own client. We have now lost the property we planned to purchase as the sellers were not prepared to wait any longer. Do not be drawn in by their cheap prices for conveyancing or any other business whether its Probate, Wills etc as it will completely fall apart. There’s a saying, “Pay cheap, Pay twice. This is an understatement for this solicitors. We finally completed 6 months after we started. 6 months!!!!!!! usual time should be 2 months

Completely unimpressed with the service I received, nor the very large bill at the end. If you want a straight forward quick divorce without paying thousands of pounds more than you were quoted then I recommend you go elsewhere. One very dissatisfied customer.
