I have been with yew tree 8 years now and have never had a problem with them they are all very helpful friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We have ours delivered with no problems Graham is friendly and promp. With other really good items at good prices in store too cheers guys for all you do X
Generally good service, always been helpful and good stock management. However since Lloyds Pharmacy have sold off the older site in the row of shops and YTP acquiring it, they’ve dropped the opening hours. Very disappointing when NHS are pleading for us to go to pharmacists for advice yet no Sunday, limited Saturday and 12hr in the week. Hope this isn’t more than they can handle moving into the bigger store
It’s not at the high end pharmacy where everyone is well trained, they are at learning curve and possibly have reached at their maximum level , and don’t react to well if you have written any thing about them! I still I have given you 3 stars , considering your condescending behaviour, taking pictures of your customers with your phone and getting them to write there names on paper an in a instant payment in your bank account, ! Does that ring ! B.I.D/ council snitch is rewarding and help to get jobs for families, you have become bullies, that’s why I have chosen another pharmacy,,
Always find the chemists well stocked with the items i need. The staff are friendly and helpful its a real asset to our community
Have been using yew tree since they opened. They are the best! Amazing customer service and so on the ball. Nothing is a problem for them! They looked after my mom’s medication so well whilst in palliative care too. They never let us down when we needed-even had private chats with me to support my emotional needs. Highly recommended!
Excellent service, always go out there way to help with prescriptions and medical advice.
Absolutely brilliant they have helped me out know end they have always sorted my problems out and gave me a few items if I have run out till I can get a new prescription so thank you yew tree and all your staff including Graham your delivery driver xx
40 minute wait for a simple presentation. There was plenty of staff. Pathetic service.
Great place. Extremely friendly staff and very prompt service with good medicine delivery service. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, ordering items in quickly if they don't currently have them in stock.
I use late night yew tree pharmacy on a daily basis and have done off and on for over 5 years. All the staff in there are very friendly and helpful and while it's a small shop they have a great selection of things you'd need from a chemist plus some you wouldn't expect so this is a bonus as I get great candles from here as my missus loves them and they have a great selection starting from just a pound! Very handy opening times most days it's 7am-10pm but Saturday and Sunday may be different so best to check.
