I called the Pharmacy today realising I only had 1 tablet left and I was worried about running out. Bal was absolutely amazing! He calmed me down, talked me through getting an emergency 7 day supply, and ordered my prescription for next week. When I went in to collect it, he took the time to chat with me making sure I was ok, reassured me it was fine, and told me the Pharmacy will always be there to help if they can. I can’t say thanks enough to Bal - he’s always been brilliant if I’ve ever needed help, but this time he really stepped up and was extra awesome. Oldbury Pharmacy should be grateful they’ve got such an amazing member of staff. Thank you team.
An excellent and prompt delivery service of my meds. Always sufficient numbers of staff for the amount of callers, I rarely need to wait for my prescription, and when I do it is delivered very quickly.
Desperately needed a particular special baby milk. Phoned around 50 other pharmacies. This was the only one that had it in stock. Spoke to a gentleman and a lady there who were both so helpful and polite. Thank you, thank you so much. You really helped immensely with a poorly little baby. Will recommend you to everyone I know. I must say, Working nightshifts can be challenging to get a dr's appointment however, oldbury late night pharmercy was a godsent. I woke up with a irritation in the eye which wouldnt not ease to the point it was swelling up. Phoned up and visited 5 minutes later and was greeted by very helpful staff. The head pharmercist wasted no time trying to help us.nThere should be more late night pharmercys opend up for unsocialable hour emergencys, if i went to a&e, id b waiting in a great deal of discomfort for hours to b given some eye drops nd sent packing!!!nnWithin half hour of arriving i was seen and driving back with some relief!! Many thanks to all the staff
The best Pharmacy i have ever been too! All the staff are super nice & friendly. Especially Bal who went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone
