Tinted and shaped my eyebrows. I was told not to wash my face for 24hrs. Eyebrows were not shaped the same, and they got upset because 'I' the paying customer was not happy and had to repeatedly ask them to correct them. 2dys later, I was having to pencil again as there was no tint left. Very dissatisfied.

I got facial threading. The lady was very nice and polite. Their prices are fair and affordable.ServicesHair threading

I booked a holywood at Lashious.  Avneet carried out my treatment Hollywood she was lovely and chatty which made me feel comfortable. Very thorough and removed all hair with minimal pain. I will be booking with Avneet again

So so so disappointed, they are misguiding with their pamphlets mentioning wrong information regarding their services and after that they end up with shortage of staff and I had full body wax service and they said we don’t include back in that we don’t include chest in that not Bikni in that and I asked them to do that and I’ll pay as you asked and as per charges I’ve been told, I agreed to get that done and they charged me double times by saying we didn’t know but it cost double than we have mentioned you, this salon literally is a scam what on earth people can open such salons in London. I’d suggest you not to go there if you don’t want to waste your money, didn’t even get my wax properly.

I used to use this shop all the time but won’t be returning. This is the second time I’ve ended up suffering with an allergic reaction due to them not listening to my request. I have sensitive skin and is allergic to the wax that they use so I specifically request wax used for sensitive skin. To which they either didn’t listen or did not understand and im now left with an allergic reaction on my face which has caused my eyes to swell and in pain plus it has also affected my vision. People please be careful with using this shop. The ladies have no understanding of English, speak in their language which is rude in my eyes and the shop isn’t that clean at all. I would rather pay more for a clean job then to be left with an allergic reaction due to their incompetence.

Went to have my eyebrows waxed & either the beautician is not trained or has very little training in eyebrow waxing as she has Completely ruined my eyebrows. Im so embarrassed and upset I even came to this place, instead of a clean up she has decided to re shape and take off so much hair. Just did my eyebrows here, and i am so disappointed. i have had it done here before, and i was pleased with it, but today, the lady Samia ruined my eyebrows. I told her not to thin or too thick she said she would just tidy up, but inside, she made my eyebrows so thin. She literally took most of it off. My eyebrows were so thick!!! I told her i would pay but i want to speak to her manager because thats what you do when a staff makes a mistake you inform their manager, she was being sooo rude she went to speak to other customers about me and said i cant speak to her manager. She didn't even apologise about it but instead kept saying it's fine she cant see anything wrong with it. I said my eyebrows are thick. i can show you, to which she replies back, saying yes, yes, show a make-up photo, unbelievable, i dont even wear makeup, and didn't show a make up photo! Then she said yes, yes, i know you dont want to pay, that's why you're doing this. No, i said i would pay, but i wanna speak to the manager as that is my right to do so as i am not pleased with the service i was provided with! Samia is rude and not once did she apologise instead she made it seem as its my fault and was being so rude to me, how can this place employs such a nasty person! Owner pls look into this.

Just went there today, a sign saying that they will be back in 10 mins. Person came and picked up the phone and said she’s on lunch and locked off ever so rudely. I am not sure if they are understaffed however they need to get some training in professionalism and basic manners. Very disgusting and distasteful behaviour.Service:&nbsp;Hair threading

I came in yesterday to get my eyebrows done and I was absolutely shocked to see only 1 therapist working there! How can the manager allow 1 staff to be there to be able to handle customers on her own as well as seeing to their needs?! Appalling and this needs to be looked into as this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m wondering how the poor therapist had a break if she did that is. Absolutely disgusting and it shows the manager does not care about staff at all. We appreciate sickness and lack of staff is not always around but allow shifts to be moved around to cater for the busy days or reduce the hours in that day due to staff shortage. I will raise a complaint as it isn’t fair for that one beauty therapist managing the busy day on her own! Managers need to take into consideration on what if something serious had happened and she was only on her own?
