Booked for our works day out. A brilliant time had by all. What a laugh! Great facilities, fantastic staff, especially Yasmin who was great at explaining what we had to do and keeping us right. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again.
I just wanted to leave a review to thank the team at laser quest for going over and above to save the day when my sons birthday night at another nearby attraction was cancelled due to a technical fault when we arrived. With 8 very disappointed boys and a heartbroken birthday boy, we popped into laser quest to see if they could help. Despite being absolutely rammed with a birthday party and kids football team, the team squeezed us in, in between other customers games. The boys had a blast and left with huge smiles on their faces. Thanks so much to the young girl on the desk who helped squeeze us in and a big thanks to Ryan who had great banter with the boys and made it such an enjoyable experience. Great customer service and look forward to coming back soon!
Top night for my sons’ birthday both 11 & 13. Paid for the birthday package with an extra game and everyone loved it! All first timers. Will be back. Staff members fantastic too. 5 Stars + 1.
First time at laser quest with family and friends. Laser quest was lots of fun for all of us with ages ranging from 18 to 50. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Callum was very clear with his briefing on how to use the packs.

Went as a party of adults, the game itself was fun but the young girls operating the place are extremely rude. The place is also freezing.
A fun little venue for all ages old and young! Was absolutely great apart from two small things. Every game without fail one of the packs in our group would fail or malfunction momentarily which would put you out of the game for a few moments and the boy doing the briefing could put in a little more effort, I do appreciate that he does the same talk countless times a day but he just didn't want to be there. Other than that, the whole group had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again!
Great party on the hottest day of the year, 19/7! Had my sons 8th party here this evening and the staff were commendable especially Danny, i think this was his name or possibly Freddie tall , curly hair, glasses . Every thing i asked of him he did and treated us superbly. He deserves a pay rise xx
