Overall I had a good experience. On the day the person serving me was nice and polite. When you phone to redeem the groupon and book the game, the person who answered clearly did not want to be there. I had a fun time but the place is really in need of a refurbishment. I am now 31 years old and I remember coming to this place when I was 11 and it's exactly the same. The toilets have tiles coming off the wall, a flimsy door, it's really quite bad. The seating area where you can get drinks hasn't changed either. Old grubby carpets. old table and chairs. It looks really run down. If you are thinking of hosting a birthday party here, I wouldn't. Just come for the game and have your party else where. Even though the arena hasn't changed in 20 years, it is still a really good arena, with many different levels and ramps. As I mentioned I had a good time once playing the game but the place looks really tired. It has so much potential.
Kids loved it. Bit chaotic at times and no where near enough seats for all the parents waiting for the party kids to come back out. Staff seem pleasant and the drinks aren't a rip off which is nice
This laser quest is very run down and the laser packs are very heavy for children. We had a good time but it definitely needs some money spending on it to bring it up to the standard of other laser tag outlets. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was fun for kids as well as adults. There were team building groups playing too from a company. Which seems like a great fun with colleagues.
Arena was cool, however most sensors on the guns weren't working and one didn't even shoot out lazers or work. Just shot out blanks like a saggy 60 yr old man

My kids love that game ! However I think they make game time shorter on our last visit . But kids enjoy it . Vest are a bit heavy and there no any smaller size for smaller children. My friend's daughter found it difficult to carry the heavy vast around . Overall its great
Great venue in the arena. The downside is lack of tables and that means you have to leave your things and drinks on a table which others will sit at when you are playing. The party room is also very small and outdated. I used a Groupon deal which is great value for money of 10 people for 2 games for £40.
Well run outfit with friendly staff. Great fun!
Lovely service from the staff today, both whilst booking on the phone and at the venue. I was comfortable enough sat in the foyer, whilst my husband and children enjoyed 2 games. They said it was very warm inside - so don't over-dress!
