The team serving that day were absolutely fantastic, couldn't do enough for you. Polite and on the ball, especially John Jo and another member of staff who served us but I didn't get his name. He took my order and gave us the recommendations and worked so hard to get my order in before 5 o'clock for the lunch menu I wanted. Superb staff!! Lovely food and cocktails
We booked for lunch on a Bank Holiday Monday group of four. When we were taken to our table, we were given the a la carte menus only, no mention of the lunch ‘deal’ at all. We had to specifically request the lunch deal menus at which point they were brought to us. The offer was a choice of main and a drink for £9.99 which seemed like reasonable value. We added some sides too. The food and drinks arrived and everyone was happy with them. It was rather quiet in the restaurant despite it being a Bank Holiday lunchtime. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean.
Do not do the bottomless brunch here, the service was quite slow when there was hardly any customers in the restaurant, some of the quality of the food was not up to scratch compared to the normal menu, we had to send stuff back such as the chicken burger which was burnt and tasted like charcoal, in addition they stopped serving us drinks when we still had 20 mins left, we would've stayed and paid for more drinks but it's felt like they wanted to get rid of us as we were such a large group so we spend our money elsewhere. The guy who was serving us was nice, it was that the manager that was very cold to us, not very welcoming.
Will was our drinks server, was lovely, very polite and all round great. Highly recommend Food was very tasty Shout out WILL WOOWOO! Food: 5/5
The service was amazing! Rosie served us and helped us with suggestions based on her expert knowledge. The service was fast and the food and drink quality was excellent! I will be back!Food: 5/5
Amazing treatment from start to finish, all staff were very polite and helpful and the food was exceptional most of all. We got the fillet steak which came on skewers and we were blown away with the flavours and texture. We also had a number of cocktails each which were all made perfect. When we are back in manchester again this will be our first dinner stop for sure!
We were shown to our table then ignored. Eventually flagged a waitress who was polite and friendly , then our food came out before drinks arrived. I could see the lady serving us trying to hurry the bar staff but they seemed preoccupied clearing up the dozens of dirty glasses that were accumulated on the bar . Both of our meals were fine and it was enjoyable eventually, but not the greatest experience we’ve had eating out. Doubt we’ll be back.
I went in last week for a bottomless brunch for my friends birthday. The restaurant was not busy at all and no atmosphere but not the restaurants fault. We was early so had some drinks at the bar however we was refused 3/4 coctaiks as they didn’t have Any of the ingredients ‍However the service we received was shocking we waited 20-30 minutes for drinks, the woman server’s attitude was absolutely disgusting when we asked about our drinks we were told she broke a glass and she will get our drinks to us faster if she doesn’t break another glass and the male server told us it wasn’t us issue and that he is simply a minimum wage worker. Clearly server is not the correct job for these people coming from somebody that is management in hospitality. The manager who was working was absolutely brilliant and couldn’t fault her they really need to get better staff
Can’t fault this chain pretty much anywhere. The food was great, and the service was ok too. Particularly this restaurant is very well decorated with a great vibe. Money well spent!Food: 5/5
Prebooked a 2 course Christmas meal with friends. Mainly due to gluten free options available. Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Extensive drinks menu - i tried a few coctails and tye salted caramel martini was amazing! Absolutely will be back in the new year. Dietary restrictions: Fab gluten free options!
